Sloooow unzip speed of Vista

I've just copied the contents of a zip file (PCWizard -2MB)
On Vista it took 2 mins 24 sec
on XP it took 6 secs

How to improve? btw WinZip is as bad)

There is still an on going debate over the file transfer performance, the
only possible solution I can think of is to ensure that you have the latest
performance update for Windows Vista installed:

SOurce and/or Destination is a network drive ?

Used WinRAR free - just took 3 seconds!
