Slow boot up on welcome screen...

Hi, I have had a slight problem with boot up. Everything flies until
get to the welcome screen then it sits there for almost 30 seconds...n
good lol. I have done all of the speed and performance tutorials her
but nothing has fixed it. Here are my specs

Intel i7 965 3.2Gh
Gigabyte X58-UD
6GB 1333 Ra
5OOGB SATA HD
EVGA GTX 29
