slowness encountered on wsus server

hi all,

i have 2 downstream wsus servers, replicating from a main wsus server.
all the hardware and software config are same for both servers.
server A serve 1300 clients and server B serve 1000 clients.
i have no problem with both servers on initial launch and both are running
for some time without any issue.

recently i ecountered slowness on server A.
server A had 96mb ram available and server B had 120mb ram available
cpu and harddisk activity within range for both servers.
perfmon counter - web service\current connections shows 110 on server A and
66 on server B

any suggestions to check the root cause?
is there any way to set the concurrent connection?
is there a default value? how can i tweak to improve performance on server A?
