Small Business Server 2003, No Updates Were Installed

The server has always taken the Windows Update with no problems. Now after
downloading the Critical Updates does the installation and then Shows a big
RED X No updates were installed.

Any suggestions

Security Update for Windows Server 2003 (KB839645)
