Small Vista problem....................

I ran into a nagging problem with Vista Home Basic. Nero 8030 locked up on me at the end of a burn
and I had to kill the process to close Nero. Ever since this happened, every time I eject either
internal DVD burner that has a DVD disc in it I get an pop up error box.....

"No Disk : Exception Processing Message 0xc0000013 Parameters 0x7574023C 0x862DBE2C 0x7574023C
0x7574023C"

This only happened if theirs a DVD in the drive when I eject the drive, If the drives empty or
theirs a CD in it, no error pop up, just a recorded DVD........... It takes 2-3 clicks of the
cancel button to close this pop-up box and it's getting annoying.... Anyone know how to fix this
???

Hi Brian,

A search on Google finds several answers, one of which has to do with Paint
Shop Pro and a file called CorelIOMonitor.exe.

Fire up Google and type the following with the quotes....

"No Disk : Exception Processing Message 0xc0000013"

Look through these hits and see if you find something that can help with
your problem.

It was the Corel Monitor, Thanks for the help !!!
