Can someone tell me what is going on with smart pops? Everytime I open my IE
browser and to to a site, any site, it crashes at least once and I have to
start all over. When it asks to send error report I do so. When it gives the
option to get more information, it tells me it's smart pops. I've done all
the searches it says to do and removed many programs from my comp as well as
downloaded updates. But still I get the same thing. PLEASE HELP!!!
