smart wizard program for devices

i keep getting this pop up saying "SMART WIZARD Removed: Unknown Device"
i cant get rid of it
it doesnt do anything if i click on it
what can i do to get rid of it?

Open Device Manager and look for a yellow warning icon with
an exclamation mark. Knowing what device is causing the problem,
a solution is relatively simple.

that didnt work
t here arent any yellow exclamation marks
now what?
