smpt cannot be found message

That's not a mail server, it is a newsgroup.
Tell us what you are trying to do? Are you attempting to email someone
or do you want to post a message to a newsgroup where it will be read
by many people?

No you can't. If you have an ordinary email address from your ISP and
look at the SMTP setting for that it will be the same as for your email.
The name you gave is for receiving, not sending. Give us the last part
of your email address that comes after the @ sign so someone can make an
educated guess at what should be there.
