SMS 2003 & WSUS on Same Box

I want to install SMS 2003 & WSUS on a same box using Windows Server 2003
Enterprise Editiion OS. My domain controller running on windows 2000 Server,
Which we will upgrade to Windows Server 2003 later. Is this approach right?
