i'm trying to set up an email address and can't seem t get it done.
looking for the pop3 and smtp address after user name can you help?

Only your email provider and/or ISP will have that information.
They will have a web page where you can see the directions for
setting up email.

Have you tried calling your ISP and asking them for help? In some cases they
have to set it up on thier end also.
