smtp/pop3

i have a rr.com address But when i want to send a link or page to someone it
says i need the pop/3--smtp ????i am not chosing to use the windows mail--its
what comes up when i am trying to send a link or responding to something like
creig's list iam new to computers so if you can help or Anyone-i have--
insight.rr.com--do i put that in the pop3 if so what about smtp thanks in
advance

I'm guessing that you are clicking an email link in a web page and it'
bringing up Windows Mail, which hasn't been configured yet. You'll nee
to get the correct server information from your email provider (rr.com
and enter that information into Windows Mail to use the automati
linking to an email link in a web page
