When running *Delta Force Pinger 6.0*, I am unable to update the game
lobby ip's. Each time I try the update button I get "*socket error=
11004*". I *cannot update the main server list* because of the socket
error. I have included Pinger as an exception for my fire wall. I run
pinger with admin permissions. It connects to the idividual game servers
just fine which leaves me stumped.

I am running a dual processor ASUS Mobo, 4gig RAM, Vista 64

Thank You,
l3ushwacker

easy fix log into your game using your nova id and pass load the server list
then minimize your game open your pinger and your server list should be back
it is a bug in the pinger 6.0 just make sure to log in to your game you click
on login to play stats above your list once in open server list and thats it
once you open pinger your list is back hope this helps

Greasyjim,

Thank you for the work around. I will give it a shot.

I tried the suggestion of logging in to Novaworld 2 just prior t
running Pinger. This actually worked, so I am guessing Pinger needs
cookie set on the system somewhere to work, strange huh? I believe you
solution probably does the same thing but eliminates the need to lo
into Novaworld 2 using a browser before hand.

Thanks a bunch and may God bless,
