Software Distribution Service 3.0 Problem with Internet

Hello,


My Windows XP installed yesterday the Software Distribution Service 3.0 but
my
Internet Explorer and Outlook Express were unable to connec Internet.
I had to restore (three time until now) my system to connect internet again.

How can I solve this problem? Is it needed to configure something in order
to be able to connect internet after its installation?

I am waiting for your feedback.
