software restriction policy

All of a sudden Media Center won't run. A message says it is prevented
by a "Software Restriction Policy" and to see the administrator. This is
a one person computer, me. I don't remember changing anything. What is
this? And how do I fix it?

I'm having the same problem. It happened like 2 days after setting up my
new computer!!! HELP
