Software Support

Dear Experts,

I have one software called PC2000 which I use for my storing contact
information details which is in arabic support. This software is perfectly
working in Windows XP (Home/Prof.) both.
When I am trying to install in Vista 32Bit, the software is not working.
When, after immediate installing the said software, the setup minimize one
program folder for this software program and from that folder if I double
click the program icon, it is working.

Once after installation, that minimized window is closed, and when we double
click the same program icon from the desktop or from that folder, it gives an
error saying that "FONTS NOT FOUND"

Please help as this software is very important for my daily use.

Contact the maker of this software and ask if PC2000 is compatible with
Vista.
