Software Synchronization Error: Agent failed detecting with reason:

Hi All,

I have several hundred Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 servers running with
WSUS RTM The problem I have is this. I seem to get the error 0x8024400a on
random servers. I'm not sure how to fix this on the Windows 2000 servers but
I've had some luck doing the following on a lot of the Windows 2003 servers.


Here is a post of one of the logs that has this issue.

Any help would be greatly apprecaited.
