The Software You Are Installing Has Not Passed Windows Logo Testing -Signed driver

Hi,

signtool verify /kp /v /c netsf.cat passthru.sys
signtool verify /kp /v /c netsf_m.cat passthru.sys

Above commands give output as follows.

Successfully verified: passthru.sys
Number of files successfully Verified: 1

But when I try to install passthru driver on machine (win 2003) it
gives me
"The Software You Are Installing Has Not Passed Windows Logo Testing"

What could be the reason with this problem?

The reason is that the software you are installing has not passed Windows
Logo testing. Just that simple. There's a huge difference between a
SELF-signed driver and a WHQL-signed driver.
