Solution cannot be found

Hi all!

I have a problem where I get a blue screen with the message IRQ non or less
equal. Vista Home Premium (Dutch version) tells me it has a solution. After
selecting open solution it shows me in Dutch that the solution is only in
English. When I click English I get a page not found screen telling me: "De
oplossing kan niet worden weergegeven" (translation in English: "The solution
cannot be shown"). It tells me to check internet connection etc. but thats in
order. I get this message at work, at school and at home so the network is
not a problem.

My question: Is there any place where I can find the URL or some details
about the solution Vista is trying to give me so I can search for it myself
(maybe in my browser?)? I tried the detailed problem screen but it only tells
me what the problem is and shows me some extra info with codes, maybe
something there I can use?

TIA for the answer!

Greetz,

What is the STOP Error number you are receiving, and does the BSOD
provide a filename? If the BSOD doesn't show long enough to see, then do
this:

- Right-Click on Computer, then select Properties
- Click Advanced System Settings (you'll need to respond to a UAC
prompt)
- Under Startup and Recovery, click Settings
- Remove the check from Automatically Restart.
- Click OK twiceThe next time you se a BSOD, it will stay on the screen long enough for
you to write down any pertinent information. The most important are:

- Stop Error Number
- Stop Error Name (IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, etc)
- Any driver/exe filenames that may be mentionedYou can then go to 'Microsoft Corporation' (http://www.microsoft.com)
and search for either. That may put you on the right path to resolving
this problem.

Thanks for the answer, this helps me identify the BSOD problem. Which could
solve my problem the other way around, but I still have the "Cannot find
solution" problem when other errors occurs (the BSOD was an example that
happened today). So is there any way I can dig deeper into the Problem Solver?
