Solution for Error 0x8007043C

Well, after reader all list about this error. I just stop and think about the
problem.

Ok everybody know with this error the windows just work on "Save Mode".
my machine was work with SP1.

My Solution.
I just unistall the Windows Update 3.1 installer
and other update before de crash.

I have the install File with SP2 about 258MB and just Install the SP2 in my
machine..
after cross my finger and wait.
The windows show the screen for configure de SP2 and "START", yesss you read
"START" ok. without crash...
and the first update after install the SP2 is just Windows Update 3.1
Installer and other...

Well now, i'm more relax and happy...
