solution error 0x800C0008 in windows 2000

I solved this problem with this:

In IE: Herramientas>Opciones de internet> opciones avanzadas clic on
"restaurar valores predeterminados". So easy as this.

Sorry my OS and I are Spanish I dont know path in English
¿¿Tools> Internet options> advanced options click on "restore default
values"??

I hope that this helps all those who have the same problem.

Though I believe that this error can owe to many reasons and not always it
was solved equally.
