Some Clients Not Getting WSUS Updates Since XP SP3

We have about 80 WSUS clients, most of which stopped receiving updates from
the WSUS server a few months ago, around the time XP SP3 came out. We have
XP clients and five Windows 2003 servers. I have verified that all the IIS
virtual directories are set up correctly and also tried reinstalling the AU
Client on a workstation. Can anyone advise how to fix this? Following is
part of a WindowsUpdate.log on a workstation. Thanks so much!

The clients (at least this one) are receiving an HTTP 404 error when
attempting to access these EULA files.

1. Are the referenced files physically present in the filesystem?

2. Has anybody reconfigured any security on the web server?

3. Has anybody reconfigured the WSUS Server in any way?

4. Can you access the above URLs from IE on the client?

5. Can you access the above URLs from IE on the WSUS Server?
