Some computers not able to access WU

Hello,
Recently, I have noticed that some computers on our network can't access
Microsoft Update. I get the error 0x80072EE2. However some computers are able
to just fine. This affects both W2K and XP machines. We are not behind a
proxy and the computers are on a domain. This started happening just
recently, but there have not been any changes made to the network. Automatic
updates are set to be downloaded from Microsoft. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you.
