Some contacts not syncing

I have searched through the previous posts and some have come close to
answering my question but nothing yet. I have recently purchased a cingular
8125 and everything is working well but some of the contacts are not syncing.
I am running XP home and Outlook 2003 and have AS4.1 running. The contacts
are not large and do not have notes or pictures attached to them. any help
would be great.
Is there a way to increase the size of the file that will sync to the
handheld just to test to see if that is the problem.

Hi,

How many contacts are you attempting to sync? Does it give you any error
when you sync?

Raj,
I am trying to sync 59 contacts and there are no error messages coming up.
Here is the log file. Let me know what you think.

Could you compare the fields of a Contact that sync's with the one that
doesn't. Check if you find something there.

just want to check to see if the contacts are too large to sync.

Tim,

There is no way to increase the size of the contact field. Contacts,
Appointments, Tasks are stored in the "pim.vol" file under the root folder
of your device. Whats the file size of this file?

Check if you have selected a particular category within Contacts on your
device since then it will show you only a filtered set of the contacts that
are there on your device.

If you were to edit the contact which doesn't sync and then save it, does it
sync then? Did you import any of these contacts from another application or
maybe sync using another device ?

Raj,
the size of the pim file is 524K. I have checked and I have show all
contacts selected in the filters. I did edit one of the contacts that was not
syncing and after I did this it did sync over to my handheld. Any idea of
what could cause this. All of the contacts were created in Outlook and with
regard to teh contacts that will not sysnc they were al created at different
times some very recentlyly.

Raj,
I just wanted to thank you for all of your help getting my contacts to sync.
Your little program worked great and on the first try my complete contact
list was transfered with out any hangups.

Hi Raj,

I am also with problems to synchronize my 800 contacts. Many don't appear in
PocketPC

My Pocket is a Torq P120 with WM5, my Office is beta 12.

what do you suggest me?
