Yeah... you probably want to look into upgrading that WSUS v2.0 server --
particularly since it's actually running on a Windows Server 2003 system!!
> KB970953 - 14 Jul 2009
- this is an article-only document for MS09-031; the relevant updates for
ISA2006 are KB970811 and KB971143
> KB969516 - 14 Jul 2009
- this is an article-only document for MS09-030; the relevant update for
Office Publisher 2007 is KB969693
> KB969856 - 15 Jul 2009
- MS09-033 -- was released in the "Virtual PC" and "Virtual Server" product
category; do you have "Virtual PC" and/or "Virtual Server" selected for
synchronization?
> KB969706 - 30 Jul 2009

released an entire collection of product specific updates for the various
versions and editions and SP levels of Visual Studio 2005, Visual Studio
2008, and the ATL.

- KB947319 - for Office 2003
- KB947826 - for ISA Server (all versions)
- KB968377 - for Small Business Accounting 2006
> KB970927 - 11 Aug 2009
- this is an article-only document for MS09-044; the relevant updates are
KB956744, KB958469, and KB958470.
If I may be so bold as to suggest the following:
1. Look up the actual KB article on the support.microsoft.com site and read
it. Each of these articles enumerates the specific KB articles that contain
the actual updates.
2. When reviewing Security Updates, search your WSUS Server by =MSRC
Number=, not by KB article number. With the exception of MS09-033, I
wouldn't be surprised if all of this content is already on your WSUS server,
and you're simply using the incorrect reference(s) to find it.
3. Be sure to refer to KB894199 anytime you think you are missing content,
as this KB article is updated routinely to reflect new content published to
WU/MU/WSUS, and contains the specific Product Category(s) in which you'll
find the relevant updates; although, in the case of MS09-033 (KB969856) the
reference seems to be missing entirely. However, the title of the MS09-033
article is probably a good clue as to where you might find the actual
content.
