I have almost opposite issues. I can't type 'c' 't' 'v' or 'h' when using IE
7. All sites. I can use these keys just fine in Firefox (which is what I am
using right now). My issue is intermitten, I can't successfully reproduce
the problem. But I've uninstalled all add ons, tool bars, etc. Thought that
fixed it, did for a while, but now my issue is back. Funny thing is I can
use the ctl + c or t or whatever. Just can't type the letter. I can also
get the letters to show up if I use the shift key to make them capitalized.
Caps lock won't let me type the keys though. Strangeness. Sorry I don't
have an answer for you, but at least I'm not the only one with a weird key
issue.
