Some messages won't send

I'm signed in to WLM now & I'm messaging 4 people fine but there's one person
messages won't send to :@ (it says The following message could not be
delivered to all recipients

something like this happened the other day too, it took loads of attempts to
send a message!
This is really frustrating as i really want to talk to someone but can't!
Please help!
