Hi,
WLM is the only client that lets you send offline messages so it will always have that
header, regardless of the client receiving although in fairness the only other client which
supports offline message is MSN Messenger 7.5.
The "loss" of messages can happen regardless in either client, however if someone is using a
version of Messenger besides 7.5 or WLM, the messages will simply expire and never arrive (go
figure).
