Some updates not downloading (Error: 80200010)

I just bought a new computer, installed with Vista Home Premium SP1. I've
been able to install most updates, but I keep getting Error 80200010 when I
try to install the rest. Even though Windows Update says they're available to
be installed, I don't think they're downloading. When I go to Event Viewer
and check the entries for the Windows Update Client, it never says these
updates are ready to be installed. What can I do to fix this?

Hello Zoe,

Did you try Vista Help?...

Customers in the U.S. and Canada can receive technical support from
Microsoft Product Support Services at 1-866-PCSAFETY. There is no charge for
support calls that are associated with security updates.

Good luck

Yeah, I checked Vista Help when I first got the error, but that wasn't really
helpful. I don't think it is a problem with BITS, since some updates do
download and there's no problem with my Internet connection. (I installed
most of Tuesday's updates yesterday.) It's just certain updates that aren't
downloading (KB955020, KB955519, KB950124, KB940157, and KB915597).
