Vinay,
Open Windows Update in Control Panel and click the 'Check for updates'
link in the left frame. Once the search for updates finishes, close
Windows Update.
Now click the Start orb > in the 'Search programs and files' field type in
windowsupdate.log
Under Programs, click on windowsupdate.log to open it.
Copy and paste at least the last 50 or so lines into your reply.
*Please* include this entry, which shows the client version installed,
even if it's not in the last 50 or lines:
