Some WSUS clients going to we for certain updates

I have a strange problem occurring with WSUS.
We have about 250 PC's getting updates from our WSUS server. About 50 PC's
keep failing to download the the DST patch for XP (KB931836).
When I go through the windowsupdate.log file, these PC's are going to the
Internet (windows update internet site)? However they are only going for
this update, not any others? Other updates work fine? Yet, other PC's are
processing this update properly, from the same WSUS server!

Anyone have any ideas?
