SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE IVE GOT ERROR MESSAGE 0x8024402C

i have got the error message 0x8024402C and it is stopping me from updating
my computer ive tryed going on the windows update suport centre and ive done
what it has told me to do for error message 0x8024402C but it still wont
update

please help me

As you state you have done what the WU support site said to do, can you post
the exact steps you used?

Do you have a proxy? Are you on a LAN? Are you using VPN? What is the
version number of the file named IUENGINE.DLL in your System32 folder?
