Song Unrating Problem in WMP 12

Hi,

I have a problem with song rating option in WMP 12 (Win 7 x64).
When I unrate the song, WMP 12 replace the Unicode charactrers in the MP3
tags of that song with ASCII characters.

For example:
- Before unrating song title looks like this: "ÄŒÄÄ†Ä†ÄÄ‘"
- After unrating: "ÃˆÃ¨Ã†Ã¦ÃÃ°"

I hope I am the only one with this problem?
