hello, well basicly my problem is the same as everyone else who ha
posted on here... autoplay wont run when i put any kind of removabl
media into my computer, including usb dirves, cds and dvds

i have searched through the internet trying every possible solution ou
there, and nothing has worked. for your information i have the ke
"NoDriveTypeAutoRun" and its value is "0x91", i do not have the ke
"NoDriveAutoRun" and "autorun" under cd-rom is set to "1"

also all the settings under the control panel options are se
correctly

i am totaly stumped for ideas on how to fix this, and it is driving m
crazy, any help would be much appricaited

i dont know if this information will help but when i put a disk into m
dvd drive, doesnt matter what type, the drive labels and size wil
appear with no problem, however if i take the disk out the label
remain, even if i replace the disk with another one

Well NoDriveTypeAutoRun should be 0x00000003 for autorun.
If the CD is set to 1, then 1 means Disabled, 0 it Enable.

You can try this script here;

This will enable auto run. Try it.

just tryed uninstalling the dirve, and letting the OS reinstall the
drivers, however this has made no changes to the volume label problem,
or the autoplay problem.

anything else i could try, this is realy annoying me.
