Sorry - I meant error 0x80072EE2

I can't seem to fix this. Every time I attempt the download I get the same
error message - I've been through article 822798 and tried everything but I'm
still getting nothing. Any ideas?

you try to use Windows Update

I tried everything and couldn't get the update to work. I then changed the
MTU on my wireless router from 1500 to 1400 and it worked fine.

I too tried everything I could get my hands on to no avail! This worked for me:
OPEN Internet Explorer, click on TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS, then the
PRIVACY tab. At bottom of page is WEB SITES click EDIT button. In the
"address of website" box type the following addresses one at a time then
click ALLOW after each entry. Then click OK and exit. Hope this works for
you.
