I bet many 3.5" floppies will hold data much longer than much of the
cheap CD-R's and DVD+/-R's people use....
When I bought my computer, I got the floppy option. I still occasionally
use it for small stuff. I even added a parallel port card, although it's
mainly to program my JP1-based remote, not for a printer.
Now if only they made a PCIe to ISA adapter, I could reuse my AdLib
card!!! :-)
