sound and video wizard

hello i have a qeustion about the webcam and sound wizard of WLM 2009
i installed wlm 2009 on my pc no prob everything works
-
But when i tried to install in on a girlfriends pc
and try to set up the webcam and video i got the error cannot run wizard
The webcam is showing in the chat screen but it doesnt work
stating an other prgram had control over the webcan i checked skype etc
that worked fine b.t w
also no sound error staing not availible

I uninstalled back to 8.1 and everything worked again including the sound
and video wizard
what's up and when can i be notified when this error is solved ?
because i simply belive its a cmmand line error to the wizard nothng more
here computer is younger then mine driver are all ok,
i do al that install and update stuf for here

Is your girlfriend running McAfee, if she is there lies the problem. The
problem being McAfee site adviser. McAfee is aware of the problem and is
working on a solution. If you need the fix before McAfee please let me know.
