clicked on a song to play and it says 'You either do not have a sound card
installed on your computer or it is not functioning properly. If you do not
have a sound card installed, you must install one before you can listen to
audio in a digital media file. If you do have a sound card installed, refer
to its documentation to troubleshoot the problem.'

Do you have a sound card installed?
Have you referred to its documentation for troubleshooting?

Do you have the latest driver installed for the sound device?

Always state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista SP1) when
posting to this newsgroup, please.

How does this relate to Windows Update?

Get the hardware repaired?
Install the proper Sound Card Device software/drivers?
