My guess would be an IRQ conflict. It will be easy to find out if I'm right.
Click Start orb, type msinfo32.
Hardware/conflicts.
I don't know what you can do about it if we are finding an IRQ in use by
graphic and sound, but you need to look into that. It's the only answer
beyond magic new drivers ;/
