Hello,
I did this test before posting here, yes, I can hear the sound. I noticed
that the build of windows live mail I use is 12.0.1184 It came with the
windows live suite beta 2.0. This build of Windows live mail has a known
sound issue. Could this be a reason? There is a new version of Windows live
mail, where the problem is solved but only for all english markets
