Sound related update problem

My laptop's memory was almost full so I removed various programmes I don't
need... But I think I deleted something I shouldn't have. I seem to have
deleted the sofware for my sound device. Here is some related information I
get http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v7...n/problems.jpg So I've
searched evereywhere and the answer I generally get is to reinstall the sound
device software. Just go to windows updates and it'll give me the latest
software I need. But it doesn't. And I have no sound, I miss my music!

What is the make and model of your laptop? Perhaps there are drivers
available for d/load from the manufacturer's website.
