The day after my last windows update - I have problem with the sounds.
I fly MS flightsimulator and there is a bunch of add on programs with sounds
etc.
The problem is that only some are now working.
When I listen to media player 11 I seem to have trouble listening to streams
like
http://alt.liveatc.net/klax_app.
Maybe its related to my shifting from CMI Audio and loudspeakers to
headphones. I am use to hear the dong sound from Windows XP when I plug-in
the USB. Then I start up the media player and I listen in the headphones. Now
I hear the autio vaguely and have troubles in solving this. I try manually to
change settings but I am stil left trying to find the sound.

I lost acces to the CMI C-media 3D audio configuration.
I had to deactivate this update...
