SP 2 and error 80072F78

I am trying to download SP 2 and continue to get error
message 80072F78 no matter what I do. Can anybody help me?

I found an article that has a similar error number, which I included in this
post. You might try disabling your antivirus and your firewall, if you have
either of those, then try to download the Sp2.
