SP-2 Effects OE

After install SP-2 onto my XP SP-1 Home Edition , Outlook Express fails to
open after a few sessions. After using System Restore and removing SP-2
Outlook Express never fails. This procedure has been done three times and
SP-2 has to be the culprit. Is there a fix ? JJ
