SP-2 for Windows XP installationproblems

Hi

I have problems with the installation of SP-2 for Windows XP. Once the
installationprocess reaches the point where it says "Prepearing system for
installation->Creating Cabinets", the installationbar stops filling up. The
rest of the system doesn't hang, it is only the bar that stops filling (also
to close the installation i have to kill the process). I shutted down as much
background programmes as possible (Norton Anti-Virus Auto-Protect included)
but it still didnt fill up. I've also waited a long time, the whole night pc
was on, installing, but the next morning the installationbar havent moved a
bit.

Can anyone please help me?

Is this the full "IT" version - or express?
