SP 4 install error

I am trying to install the SP 4 for Windows 2000. After it checks the
registry, I get and error that dmintf.dll is in use. I cannot see what uses
this dll and therefore cannot install the update. Any ideas whould be very
helpful. Thanks

Open a cmd window and enter:

tasklist /fi "Modules eq dmintf.dll"
