Dear Jupiter,
Many thanks for the info.
I have actually written the uninstall information to CD but accidentally
deleted the shortcut to uninstall the service pack from "Add/Remove
programs". Is there any way to recreate this shortcut? Is it listed in the
registry? I could not find any fiels deleted immediately after I accidentally
deleted the shortcut but Norton Protected Recycle Bin appears not to monitor
hidden or system directories (such as Windows\installer).
Many thanks again and best wishes, Boris.
