SP1 & OE6 issue

I have narrowed down an issue I'm having with OE6 with my SP1 upgrade. The
problem is I can no longer switch identities successfully. When I attempt
to, the preview pane is a solid grey and I can not view any messages. As a
test, I created a new "test" id with the same results. When I try to switch
back to my main ID, OE never launches again. I must reboot in order to
complete the switch.

A pop up error message displays when trying to switch ID's, but I did not
write it down. I'm hoping this is a familiar problem so I do not have to
repeat the attempted switch to see it again. Somehow, my main ID messages
were duplicated through this process. I have 4+ years of messages stored
which took hours to delete the dups.
