I certainly hope so. This will likely only begin happening when SP1 is
ready with all supported languages, which if I understand correctly, is
only on 5 at the moment.
What I am really hoping they'll do is provide Vista installation DVDs
with SP1 slipstreamed in, but without licenses, so that we can all use
the existing licenses we already have. I know I can contact my supplier
right now, and order an Office 2007 Pro without a license for less than
R150 (about $20). I do this quite often for my customers who want to a
tryout of Office 2007 before committing to the R3500 (about $450)
license purchase.
