SP1 Fails in Vista Ultimate

I am attempting to install SP1 in Vista Ultimate. It downloads fine, but
when it attempts to install, I get a response telling me the installation
failed and gives me an error code of 8024200D.

So far, all the research I've seen for this error code related to
installations of XP service packs, not Vista.

The Vista Ultimate was an upgrade from the OEM installation of Vista Home
Premium.

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated
