Automatic update keeps trying to install sp1 has done for since it became
available. Still will not download, Ive tried uninstalling things, IT help,
all the recomendations given and now it is affecting my Live One Care
security, when it does its tune up tells me to install new updates (SP1) but
it fails at 13% download. so now my security is fair instead of good. Ive
cleared old files done diagnostic tests, tried to install manualy to no
avail. My daughters Vista home basics downloaded same programe straight away
but not mine. Home basics 32bt anyone got other advice

I don't know if this advice will work, but I had a probalem installing SP1
because my McAfee firewall \ anti virus progrom was running. Once I
disabled it, the SP1 installed just fine. Instead of the '13%' problem you
had, I would get all the way to 100% in the third phase and then receive a
'revert' message. That 13% issue has been reported by others as well.
